Based in Munich, Lichtenberg & Gray Productions acts as a media liaison and trusted Germany-based point of contact for national and international partners, combining senior production expertise with strategic coordination and local market knowledge.
We support brands, production companies, agencies, studios, broadcasters and photographers with high-end production services across commercials, on-air promotions, photo shoots.
For B2B trailers, cinema trailers and sales-driven market content, we collaborate closely with Behind The Scene, a Munich-based agency specialised in trailers for film and TV rights. Together, we support distributors and producers in showcasing their films and TV rights at major industry events such as MIPTV, MIPCOM, AFM, EFM and Berlinale.

Manon Lichtenberg
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Manon acts as a media liaison and local point of contact, supporting international and national partners on projects across Germany and Europe.
Her background spans advertising agencies in Munich and New York, followed by senior production roles at Bavaria Film Studios, working across commercials, corporate films and television productions.
She later worked as a freelance producer, primarily on commercials for international clients, and spent several years as a project manager for industry events such as MEDIENTAGE MÜNCHEN and WERBEGIPFEL MÜNCHEN.
In 2006, Manon founded Lichtenberg & Gray Productions and has since led the company as executive producer and managing director.
Lili Hohlweg
MANAGING DIRECTOR & CREATIVE PRODUCER, BEHIND THE SCENE
Lili Hohlweg is managing director and creative producer at Behind The Scene, a Munich-based agency specialising in sales-driven B2B trailers for the international film and television market. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, she has produced over 900 trailers and worked with companies such as Studiocanal, Canal+, Netflix, Leonine, Constantin Film, Sky and Sony Pictures.
Behind The Scene focuses on market-facing content including B2B and cinema trailers, image films and commercials, supporting distributors and producers at major industry events such as MIPTV, MIPCOM, AFM and Berlinale.
Working with an experienced core team and a flexible network of specialists, the agency delivers tailored, high-quality content for German and international clients.
Paul Gray
PRODUCER & DIRECTOR
Born and raised in New Zealand, Paul Gray has worked as assistant director for multiple international film productions and commercial films around the world since 1991.
In 2006 Paul also took on the role of first AD and Producer for Lichtenberg & Gray Productions. As of 2020 Paul is our production contact in New Zealand.
Katharina Kühnholz

OUR FRENCH AND ITALIAN PRODUCTION PARTNER IN PARIS AND MILAN
After gaining around 10 years of experience as a stylist, talent agent, and booker in Paris, Katharina founded CONTENTE Agency, a talent and production agency based in Paris and Milan. Since 2022, the agency has been operating across France and Italy, specializing in the worlds of fashion, luxury, and lifestyle, providing seamless production services.
Katharina is our trusted production partner in Paris, Milan, and the South of France.
Adrian Harrison
OUR UK PRODUCTION PARTNER IN LONDON
With over 30 years of experience Adrian has been working as Producer and Managing Director at RSA Films, an Executive Producer and Partner at Streetlight Films, and now as owner of Adrian Harrison Films in London.
