Manon Lichtenberg
PRODUCER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
After gathering experience as an Account Manager and a Producer in agencies in Munich and New York, Manon took on the role of Production Manager at the Bavaria Film Studios in Munich for 5 years, with a focus on commercials and image films.
Since 1995, Manon has worked as a freelance producer for many international clients.
Lichtenberg & Gray productions was co-founded by Manon and Paul Gray in 2006. Since then Manon operates both as a Producer and Managing Director.
Paul Gray
PRODUCER & DIRECTOR
Born and raised in New Zealand, Paul Gray has worked as assistant director for multiple international film productions and commercial films around the world since 1991.
In 2006 Paul also took on the role of first AD and Producer for Lichtenberg & Gray Productions. As of 2020 Paul is our production contact in New Zealand.
Adrian Harrison

With over 30 years of experience Adrian has been working as Producer and Managing Director at RSA Films, an Executive Producer and Partner at Streetlight Films, and now as owner of Adrian Harrison Films in London.
